These are the consulting services available through Process Magic. Please note that after a client has received the results of a consultation there are no obligations for that client to continue a contractual agreement with Process Magic unless specified before the consultation process begins.

Site usability consulting
Our specialty is site internet usability and design consulting. We will examine any site (or site plans) and determine whether the proposed or existing design has usability issues or allows ease of use and navigation for end users.

Graphics and presentation consulting
Colors, layout and navigation tools are examined in this consultation service. Results may lead to further development contracts with Process Magic if desired by the client.

Data architecture consulting
Database architecture and usability is examined and evaluated during this consulting service. Further databasing work or re-work may be commissioned after the results of this survey are presented to the client.

Component and add-on consulting
This consultation services comprises the evaluation of existing or proposed Flash, Java Beans or other web site components. Again, this consultation can lead to further contract work with Process Magic.

Site reengineering consulting
This consultation service is performed on existing web sites. Thorough usability and design examination is performed, resulting in an evaluation of the power, efficiency and usability of the existing site. Recommendations for rework (or for leaving the site as is) will be presented after the site evaluation has been completed.

Development services at Process Magic can be commissioned after consulting services are completed. It is the policy of Process Magic not to complete development work without at least some examination of the usability and functionality of proposed contractual work. This consultation may be free of charge pending a development contract.

Site design and construction
Process Magic prides itself in creating usable and efficient interaction between computer systems and human clients. Site design and construction is our specialty. Under a contract with our company, Process Magic can research your user base and come up with several comps that we feel would efficiently address the needs of your company's clients. We could then continue prototyping your web site until a satisfactory site has been completed.

Site redesign and reconstruction
Another specialty of Process Magic includes investigating sites with possible usability issues and coming up with solutions that will make sites more efficient and easier to use while retaining the backend information that is the core content of the previous site. After researching the site and delivering several prototype solutions, Process Magic can reconstruct a more usable site on top of this existing backend.

Database design and architecture
Database creation and population using PHP and MySQL (or any other databasing languages can be used if required by the client) can be performed by our development staff. The interaction between the database back-end and the front-end user interface can be included in the solution, as can the design and construction of the interface itself if necessary.
